So i go on the app and schedule my haircut. The App give me my time to show up for my hair cut. So i go there 5 minutes before and they give my haircut time away to someone else. So don't waste your time trying to pre-set something up they won't honor it even if your early. The Staff was rude and crude and could care less.

I had a negative experience last winter and will not be returning. I am a senior female and use to enjoy visiting for a simple blunt trim for fine shoulder length hair. Nothing fancy or complicated, usually in and out in 10 minutes. During my last visit this past winter I was bumped twice on the schedule board and my wait went from 19 minutes to 1-1/2 hrs. Finally....right in front of me there was a debate between a female employee and the female “regional manager” who was going to take me, it was very awkward because neither one seemed to want to. The regional manager ended up taking me and after the fact I wish she hadn’t! During the shampoo she left me with my head in the sink to take a phone call with another employee which turned into an argument. While in the chair she continued to take phone calls and writing texts and it was all about this employee who left her shift early the day before without asking. At the same time she never stopped talking about her “regional manager” position, the employee who was the subject of her texts and phone calls and bad talking the previous manager of that location. I couldn’t wait to get out of that salon and vowed not to return! And I haven’t. This person made me so uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate being blatantly bumped on the schedule board. Not to mention....my blunt cut was obviously crooked due to that fact that she was totally preoccupied! I think this franchise needs to pay more attention who is hired as their representative as manager.

After signing in and the computer said 30 min wait I waited over an hour . When I got called as I stood up someone walked in the door and was taken. I was a loyal customer but I will never return
